Acne generally appears on your face, forehead, chest, shoulders, and upper back, it is a largely hormonal condition that’s driven by androgen hormones and there are a variety of causes that increase the tendency of acne such as genetics, fluctuating hormone levels, stress, and more. Preventing acne is difficult, if not impossible, during normal hormonal changes. It is important to wash your face daily with water and a mild facial cleanser.
