Dr. Ahmer Zafar has completed his MBBS from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College and went on to complete his MS Orthopedics from Delhi Government's UCMS, GTB hospital. During his tenure, he was instrumental in setting up the first Bone Bank of Delhi Govt at GTB hospital in accordance with international norms. He believes in compassionate and complete patient care. Dr. Ahmer has a keen interest in academics and research work and has published many papers in reputed journals of national and international level, including the British Medical Journal. He did his senior residency at DDU Hospital, where he was awarded the best senior resident for his approach and management of patients. Dr. Ahmer did his fellowship in joint replacement from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and is aptly trained in the management of fractures and sports injuries.
