Also, he has performed Hip Replacement (Hemiarthroplasty) with just 2 inch skin incision (World's smallest incision) on 92 years, male patient. In an establishment of Bone & Tissue bank at AIIMS Delhi, Dr. Mishra's contribution is of great importance. He has been nominated in "Guinness Book of World Record" for operating Hip replacement on 107 years old patient in 2006.
