Fortis Cancer Institute (FCI), inaugurated in 2014, is the region’s most modern Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre offering Medical, Surgical & Radiation Oncology. The Cancer Treatment Programme at FCI ensures that every patient is reviewed by a Tumour Board consisting of Medical, Surgical and Radiation Oncologists. It has the region’s most advanced Linear Accelerator with VMAT. Coupled with IGRT, SRS, SRT & ART the treatment ensures that only the cancer cells are destroyed, and the surrounding healthy tissue are spared. This ensures minimal burns, side-effects & shorter treatment span. Treatment is delivered with sub-mm accuracy.
