Dr Simon has done his MBBS from Acharya Shri Chander college of medical sciences and hospital, Jammu. After completing his internship from government medical college sector 32 Chandigarh in year 2006, he joined as junior resident in the same Hospital in the department of orthopaedics. He completed his post-graduation from MMU, Ambala in year 2012. He has Also worked in department of orthopaedics in government Hospital sector 16 Chandigarh for one year as junior resident. He joined fortis hospital Mohali in the year 2013 as senior resident in orthopaedics. He has assisted more than 5000 knee replacement cases.
