S.L. Raheja Hospital Hosts Diabetes Awareness and Health Screening Camp
Mumbai, 14 November, 2024: On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, S.L. Raheja Hospital, Mahim - A Fortis Associate successfully organized a comprehensive Diabetes awareness and health screening camp for 125 individuals. The camp was organized to educate members of the Police force, including Traffic Police, patients and their relatives at the hospital, staff, and the local community on Diabetes prevention, management, and overall health. The camp was graced by Mr Hemal Shah (BJP President Industrial Unit/Secretary – Lal Mandal, Mumbai) and Dr Sabir Sayed (Trustee - Haji Ali/Mahim Dargah).
The camp provided a range of health check-ups, including height, weight and body mass index (BMI) measurements, blood pressure monitoring, random blood sugar testing, body fat analysis, and also provided consultations with healthcare professionals at the hospital.
