Fortis Anandapur hosts day-long Paediatric Life Support training for nurses

On February 21, 2024, Fortis Hospital, Anandapur, Kolkata, hosted a Paediatric Resuscitation workshop for nurses. The day commenced with a welcome speech by Ms Doli Biswas,  Chief Nursing Officer, followed by ceremonial lamp lighting by the senior leaders, trainers and participants.

Led by Paediatric Consultants and a team from the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, the session included theoretical modules and hands-on practices. The participants gained valuable insights about paediatric life support, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Facilitators conducted Q&A sessions to reinforce the learnings, followed by individual skill assessments. The day culminated with certificate presentations and a photo session, followed by refreshments.
