Most people suffer from anxiety and they are unaware of this problem, anxiety can be defined through symptoms like stress, feeling sad, worrying, thinking, and nervousness. Another cause of anxiety could be when people don't feel safe or do not want to share their feelings with others. When people don’t seek appropriate treatment for mental health disorders like anxiety, they might start consuming drugs or indulging in alcohol, which could make the situation worse. This is why to prevent anxiety from becoming a serious mental health disorder, a person should share their feelings or thoughts that could be causing them anxiety and the listeners should try to be open-minded and welcoming so that the person with anxiety doesn't feel shy while sharing their feelings. The treatment suggested for anxiety varies on the severity, and could vary from just counseling to counseling with medication. Anxiety is not a disease, it defines a mental condition of a person and anxiety doesn’t always need medical treatment, it can also be prevented by living a healthy life.
