Mr. Piyush Sheth complained of chest pain and sweating episodes. His blood pressure was dangerously low at 60 systolic (normal: 120/80 mm Hg). An ECG revealed a significant heart attack (Inferoposterior MI) with a fast heart rate. His oxygen levels were only 70% (normal: above 90%). He had Cardiogenic shock, leading to low blood pressure and lung water buildup. He was treated by Dr. Prashant Pawar at Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi. Treatment included inotropes and oxygen supplementation. Angiography showed two blocked arteries, and during the procedure, his heart stopped, requiring immediate CPR. Thankfully, he regained consciousness afterward.
