Where do I start from, the moment I walked into Fortis, I felt my troubles were taken care of, be it the receptionist Subhashree who made us so comfortable with her charming smile or the staff at the hospital, everyone was bending backwards to help us. To top it all, the icing on the cake was Dr. Manisha and her team of doctors and nurses. They made me feel so much a ease, it was like home away from home. I bless my stars each and everything went so smooth, that before I knew it was all over. I was so tensed about my Biopsy report and the call from Dr. Manisha at home made me relax - it was so touching, she made it to personal and comforting.
