Headache 
The different kinds of headaches, such as Migraines, Cluster headaches, and Tension headache.
 

Stroke 
Signs include sudden: Blurred vision, Confusion, Trouble speaking, Loss of balance, Numbness of the face, arm, or leg—especially on one side of the Body & Severe headache.

 

Epilepsy /seizures /childhood epilepsy
Symptoms include Fear, Anxiety, Loss of consciousness, Temporary confusion etc.

 

Parkinson’s Disease 
Symptoms include Constipation, Muscle stiffness, Reduced smell, Stiff face, Speech changes, tremors etc.

 

Dementia 
Dementia is an umbrella diagnosis that describes a group of diseases, including Alzheimer’s, that may cause your brain to fail. It becomes increasingly more likely as you age, leads to continuous loss of brain tissue, which can affect: Behaviour, Emotions, Memory loss, Perceptions, Thinking etc. 
 

Vertigo 
Symptoms include Dizziness, feeling like you're moving, Problems focusing the eyes, Hearing loss in one ear, Balance problems, Ringing in the ears, Nausea or vomiting etc.

 

Sleep Disorder 
Symptoms include difficulty in falling or staying asleep, daytime fatigue, strong urge to take naps during the day, unusual breathing patterns, unusual or unpleasant urges to move while falling asleep, unusual movement or other experiences while asleep, unintentional changes to your sleep, anxiety, impaired performance at work or school, lack of concentration, depression, weight gain etc.

 

Neuromuscular Disorders 
Symptoms are Muscle weakness that can lead to twitching, cramps, aches and pains, Muscle loss, Movement issues, Balance problems, Numbness, tingling or painful sensations, Droopy eyelids, Double vision, Trouble swallowing, Trouble breathing etc
 

Fibromyalgia 
Symptoms include widespread pain, fatigue, Pain and stiffness all over the body, Fatigue and tiredness, Depression and anxiety, Sleep problems, Problems with overthinking, memory, and concentration, Headaches, including migraines etc.
 

Neuropathy
Symptoms include numbness and tingling in the feet or hands, burning, stabbing or shooting pain in affected areas, loss of balance and co-ordination, Muscle weakness, especially in the feet.
 

Radiculopathy
Symptoms include Tingling or numbness in the fingers or hand, Weakness in arm, shoulder or hand, decreased motor skills, Loss of sensation, Pain associated with neck movement or straining.
